Privacy Policy
URCENi LLC ("URCENi," "we," "us," or "our") provides IT consulting, endpoint management, AI deployment, and related professional services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit urceni.com, contact us, or use a URCENi client portal.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, company email address, company name when supplied, selected service interest, and the message you submit through our contact form or direct email. The current marketing-site contact form does not ask for a phone number.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and referrer when available. We use this for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and aggregate site reliability checks.
- Service data: information you choose to provide about your infrastructure, business needs, and technical environment when requesting services.
- Portal data: for authorized client portals, authentication/session records and client-specific monitoring data such as network telemetry, device inventory, alert history, and related operational records.
2. Forms, Captcha, and Email
Marketing-site contact forms are processed through Web3Forms and protected by a honeypot plus Web3Forms server-side spam filtering. Submitting the form sends your form fields to Web3Forms so the inquiry can be delivered to URCENi. You can also email us directly at info@urceni.com.
3. Analytics and Tracking
The current marketing site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. We may review hosting/server logs and form-delivery records to understand reliability and abuse patterns; that is operational logging, not behavioral advertising analytics.
4. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare scopes, proposals, and service communications
- Deliver contracted IT services and client-portal functionality
- Secure the site, portals, and related infrastructure
- Maintain business records, invoices, and compliance documentation
- Improve service reliability and support workflows
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that support our business, such as hosting, email/form delivery, captcha/security, and payment or administrative providers; when required by law; or with your consent. Client portal data is not shared with third parties for advertising.
6. Cookies
The public marketing pages on urceni.com do not set cookies. URCENi client portals may set an essential PHP session cookie named PHPSESSID for authentication and session management. That portal cookie is required for login-protected functionality and is not an advertising or analytics cookie.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal, security, and contractual retention obligations. To make a request, contact info@urceni.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and service records only as long as needed for business, security, contractual, tax, and legal purposes. Portal operational records are retained according to the applicable client engagement and security needs.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
